Compensation in the event of the horse’s death

Reimbursement for financial loss resulting from the theft of your horse.
Emergency Surgery
Coverage for emergency surgical procedures, including all necessary post-operative care.
What’s Covered?
- Reimbursement of the horse’s fair market value in the event of death (subject to a mandatory necropsy report).
- Theft Protection: Financial reimbursement if the horse is stolen and remains unrecovered for more than 90 days.
- Surgical Costs: Coverage for emergency surgical procedures and 50% of associated post-operative care (up to a maximum of 15 days).

- Regional coverage flexibility
- Right of recovery from third parties
What’s Not Covered?
- Intentional Slaughter
- Deaths due to war, nuclear events, or government quarantine orders.
- Pre-existing Conditions: Medical conditions or injuries that existed prior to policy inception and were not disclosed.
- Racing Risks: Losses incurred during "Claiming Races" where the claiming price is lower than the insured value.
